The evening entertainment kept us engaged every night. The beach was a highlight, clear water, soft sand, perfect for relaxing. Service was friendly. staff always greeted us with smiles. Room comfort exceeded my expectations, spacious and clean. However, the dining area felt overcrowded at times. I needed to scan a QR code early in the morning to secure a table, and even then, it was hit or miss. I didn’t always get what I ordered in the themed restaurants, which was disappointing. The noise levels from nearby guests could be excessive at times. One night, a machine outside our room disrupted sleep. It's great to have an engaging atmosphere, but a little more soundproofing would help. We loved the theme nights, but I hope they improve the consistency of the food across all dining options.

the hotel is just a short stroll from the stunning Playa de Santa Margarita, where I enjoyed sunbathing and swimming in crystal-clear waters. The Parc Natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca was a fantastic spot to explore nature on foot and enjoy beautiful views of the wetlands. it made our weekend city strolls unforgettable.

We enjoyed our week-long stay in a premium room with splendid views. The staff was attentive, and Ibra kept our drinks filled at the bar. However, the kids’ camp could use better-trained staff. Make sure to reserve a la carte dining early to avoid waiting!

The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxation, and we loved the live entertainment each night. We enjoyed trying all the food options available, catering to everyone's tastes. Definitely a fun getaway for a group vacation!
